Cydia

Cydia is a package manager mobile app for iOS that enables a user to find and install software packages on jailbroken iPhones, iPads and iPods. It also refers to digital distribution platform for software on iOS accessed through Cydia software. Most of the software packages available through Cydia are free of charge but some require purchasing. NOTE: Cydia MUST be installed on jailbroken devices. It relies on administrator privileges to do what it must do to function. If you see ANY website that claims that this can be done by a simple download, or emulator, or any other method they are LIES and most likely a SCAM that will install a fake app icon. They may even attempt to install malware or spyware on your device which IS POSSIBLE with a download. BE VERY CAUTIOUS and only download from the developers official sites or repos.
